Welcome to MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage, services owned and operated by Charles Marshall Services LLC.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, FanPages, community directory, listings, subscriptions, and related services.
By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, claiming or publishing a FanPage, submitting content, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
MicDrop Community is a community-driven discovery platform designed to help people find local entertainment, businesses, venues, artists, bands, DJs, karaoke hosts, restaurants, creators, and community events.
GetAFanPage is the FanPage platform that allows eligible users to create and manage customizable public pages, publish media, share events, display menus and services, provide contact information, and connect with the MicDrop Community.

To create or manage an account, you must:
If you use the platform on behalf of a business, organization, venue, performer, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and bind it to these Terms.
Certain platform features require a registered account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information current.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or assign your account without our written permission.
MicDrop is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your login credentials or account access.
The MicDrop Community Directory helps users discover local people, places, businesses, entertainment, and events.
Directory listings may be created using:
MicDrop may edit, correct, organize, merge, hide, or remove listings to improve accuracy, safety, and usability.
A listing in MicDrop Community does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, recommendation, employment relationship, or guarantee by Charles Marshall Services LLC.
GetAFanPage allows eligible users to create public FanPages that may include:
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and appropriateness of information published through your FanPage.
You may only upload or publish content you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
MicDrop Community may allow members to recommend businesses, artists, venues, DJs, karaoke hosts, restaurants, bands, events, and other eligible community members for inclusion in the directory.
MicDrop may:
Submitting a recommendation does not guarantee publication.
Eligible businesses, artists, venues, entertainers, and creators may request ownership of directory listings through the Claim Listing process.
Verification may include:
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
False ownership claims, misrepresentation, impersonation, or fraudulent claim requests may result in denial, account suspension, termination, or removal from the platform.
You retain ownership of original content you create and upload to MicDrop Community or GetAFanPage.
User content may include:
By submitting content, you grant Charles Marshall Services LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, format, optimize, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, secure, and improve MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, enforcement, or content previously shared or published by others.
You represent that your content does not violate another person’s rights, applicable law, these Terms, or our Community Guidelines.
You agree to use MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully.
You may not:
MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage are family-friendly platforms. Content must be suitable for a general community audience.
Restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, and age-restricted events may be listed, but their FanPages, media, descriptions, promotions, and external links must still comply with our family-friendly standards.

These restrictions also apply to websites, social media profiles, videos, payment pages, and other external material linked through a FanPage.

MicDrop may review FanPages, directory listings, images, videos, audio, events, menus, messages, recommendations, and other content submitted to the platform.

These actions may be taken when content or conduct violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or creates risk for users, minors, third parties, or the platform.
MicDrop is not obligated to publish, retain, or distribute any submission.
MicDrop helps users discover businesses, creators, venues, and events but does not own, organize, control, or guarantee third-party events or services unless explicitly stated.
Users are responsible for confirming event dates, times, locations, admission requirements, age restrictions, accessibility, availability, pricing, and other details directly with the organizer or business.
MicDrop is not responsible for canceled events, changed schedules, venue conditions, third-party purchases, injuries, losses, or disputes between users and listed businesses, creators, venues, or event organizers.
GetAFanPage may offer Basic, Standard, PRO, and Elite plans.
Paid plans may be offered with monthly or yearly billing. Current prices, features, billing periods, and introductory offers are displayed before checkout.
Plan features, limits, and availability may change. Changes will not alter a charge already completed unless required by law.
Eligible paid subscriptions may include a 30-day free trial.
A payment method may be required to start a trial. Unless canceled before the displayed trial-ending date, the selected subscription will automatically continue into paid billing.
Trial eligibility may be limited. Users may not create additional accounts or use different information to repeatedly obtain free trials.
Paid subscription transactions are processed through Stripe.
By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly or yearly charges according to the plan selected during checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
Eligible subscribers can manage or cancel their subscription using Manage Subscription in the GetAFanPage dashboard.
After paid access ends, a FanPage may be downgraded to the Basic plan and paid features may become unavailable.
Payments, refunds, trials, cancellations, failed payments, and billing errors are further governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
MicDrop may provide complimentary, promotional, referral, founding-member, team-member, migrated, beta, or lifetime access.
These access types may include special eligibility requirements, benefits, or limitations that differ from regular paid subscriptions.
Promotional access has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged unless expressly authorized.
MicDrop may modify or discontinue promotional programs unless prohibited by law or a specific written agreement states otherwise.
The MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage names, logos, software, designs, graphics, text, source code, databases, and related platform materials remain the property of Charles Marshall Services LLC or their respective licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to users.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute platform materials except where expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or trademark, contact:
Include enough information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing content, its location on the platform, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
MicDrop may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing an intellectual-property complaint.
MicDrop may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MicDrop is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, security, billing, or practices.

You agree not to publish another person’s private or sensitive information without permission.
MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charles Marshall Services LLC disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties concerning:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Charles Marshall Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to MicDrop during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Charles Marshall Services LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
MicDrop may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to:
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without advance notice.
Account termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
MicDrop may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features, plans, or services.
We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Legal disputes arising from these Terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any additional terms displayed for a specific feature or offer constitute the agreement between you and Charles Marshall Services LLC concerning the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
