By creating an account, building a fanpage, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using MicDrop, GetAFanPage, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
MicDrop and GetAFanPage provide digital profile, fanpage, publishing, and community tools for creators, performers, entertainers, venues, businesses, and related users. Features may include fanpages, listings, profiles, media, event information, links, messaging, and community discovery tools.
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to impersonate another person, business, venue, or brand, and not to use another user’s account without permission.
MicDrop / GetAFanPage may offer subscription-based services, including:
Billing may be processed through PayPal or another approved payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you selected unless and until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription through your payment provider or other available billing method before your next billing date. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only. No refund is provided for the current billing cycle once it has begun, except where required by law.
Certain users may receive complimentary, migrated, founder-related, promotional, or lifetime access. These access types may be subject to separate notices, offers, eligibility requirements, or internal account settings, and may not follow standard subscription billing rules.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, publish, link, or otherwise make available through the service, including but not limited to text, images, videos, event details, messages, profile content, and external links.
You represent that you have the right to use and share any content you submit and that your content does not violate any law, copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party right.

Usernames, vanity URLs, page slugs, and public-facing identifiers must not infringe trademarks, impersonate another person or business, or contain offensive, misleading, or unlawful wording. We reserve the right to modify or remove slugs or public identifiers at our discretion.
The platform, branding, design, software, and related materials belonging to MicDrop, GetAFanPage, or Charles Marshall Services LLC remain our property unless otherwise stated. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of the platform itself or its underlying systems.
The platform may rely on or connect with third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, email tools, social media platforms, streaming platforms, and embedded media providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions caused by third-party services.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every user’s expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charles Marshall Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, service interruption, or issues arising from third-party services or user-generated content.
