Welcome to MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage, services owned and operated by Charles Marshall Services LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, FanPages, community directory, listings, and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using MicDrop Community. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, publishing content, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
MicDrop Community is a community-driven platform designed to help people discover local entertainment, businesses, venues, artists, bands, DJs, karaoke hosts, restaurants, creators, and community events.
GetAFanPage is the FanPage platform that allows users to create customizable public pages, publish media, share events, display menus, promote services, and connect with the MicDrop Community.

MicDrop Community exists to help people and businesses become easier to discover.
To use MicDrop Community you must:
If you are using MicDrop on behalf of a business, organization, venue, or performer, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.
Certain features require a registered account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current.

MicDrop is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to protect your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
The MicDrop Community Directory is designed to help users discover local people, places, and entertainment.
Directory listings may be created by:
Businesses, artists, venues, and entertainers may request ownership of eligible listings through our Claim Listing process.
MicDrop reserves the right to edit, correct, merge, or remove listings to improve accuracy and organization.
A listing within MicDrop Community does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, recommendation, or guarantee by Charles Marshall Services LLC.
GetAFanPage allows members to create public FanPages that may include:
You are solely responsible for the information you publish on your FanPage.
You should only upload content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally authorized to publish.
MicDrop Community allows members to recommend businesses, artists, venues, DJs, karaoke hosts, restaurants, bands, and other community members for inclusion within the directory.
Recommendations are reviewed before publication. MicDrop may:
Submitting a recommendation does not guarantee publication.
Businesses, artists, venues, and creators may request ownership of eligible directory listings.
MicDrop may request reasonable verification before transferring ownership. Verification may include email confirmation, telephone verification, social media verification, website ownership, or other reasonable methods.
False ownership claims, misrepresentation, or fraudulent claim requests may result in denial, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage. This includes, but is not limited to:
By submitting content, you grant Charles Marshall Services LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, optimize, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage.
You represent that you own the content you upload or have permission to use it.
You are solely responsible for your content.
MicDrop Community exists to help people discover local entertainment, businesses, artists, and events. You agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

To maintain a safe and trustworthy community, MicDrop reserves the right to review user submissions, directory listings, FanPages, images, videos, events, menus, and other public content.

MicDrop is not obligated to publish any submission.
Certain MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, features, and limits are displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. MicDrop does not store complete payment card information.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
MicDrop may provide complimentary, beta, founding member, promotional, lifetime, or migrated accounts.
These account types may include special benefits or limitations that differ from standard subscription plans. MicDrop reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time unless otherwise required by law.
The MicDrop Community name, GetAFanPage, logos, software, design, graphics, text, source code, and related platform materials remain the property of Charles Marshall Services LLC unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to users.
Users retain ownership of their own original content while granting MicDrop the limited license described in Section 8.

MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Charles Marshall Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MicDrop during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Charles Marshall Services LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
MicDrop Community may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
