MicDrop exists to help people discover local artists, DJs, karaoke hosts, bands, restaurants, venues, businesses, creators, and events.
These Community Guidelines help keep MicDrop welcoming, accurate, respectful, family-friendly, and enjoyable for everyone.
By using MicDrop Community or GetAFanPage, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Treat other members with respect. Healthy discussion is encouraged, but harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior are not permitted.
The MicDrop Community Directory helps people discover local entertainment, events, creators, venues, and businesses. Please help us keep it accurate.
Members are encouraged to recommend great local people, businesses, events, and places. Recommendations must be honest and made in good faith.
Submitting a recommendation does not guarantee publication. MicDrop may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions before or after they appear in the directory.
FanPage owners are responsible for everything published or linked through their FanPages.

MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage are family-friendly platforms. Content must be suitable for a general community audience.
Restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, and age-restricted events may be listed, but their FanPages, images, videos, descriptions, promotions, and external links must still follow our family-friendly content standards.
Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, adult entertainment, sexual services, sexual solicitation, graphic violence, and content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors are not permitted.
These standards also apply to external websites, social media accounts, videos, and other content linked from a FanPage.
MicDrop may remove content, disable links, hide FanPages, or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
Event organizers and FanPage owners must provide accurate dates, times, locations, admission information, and age restrictions.
Businesses and events involving alcohol may be listed, but they must not promote underage drinking, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or content that violates our family-friendly standards.
Users are responsible for confirming event details, admission requirements, and age restrictions directly with the event organizer or venue.
Only upload or publish material that you own or are legally authorized to use. Respect the copyrights, trademarks, logos, music, photographs, videos, and creative work of others.
MicDrop may remove content when we receive a valid infringement report or otherwise reasonably believe the content violates intellectual-property rights.

MicDrop Community may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of MicDrop Community or GetAFanPage after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
