Content Guidelines

These Content Guidelines apply to all fanpages, profiles, listings, messages, media, events, and other content posted through MicDrop, GetAFanPage, and related fanpage/community systems. By using the platform, you agree to follow these guidelines along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of the Platform

MicDrop and GetAFanPage are designed to help entertainers, creators, venues, businesses, and supporters build a public presence, connect with audiences, and participate in a growing community. Content shared on the platform should support that purpose in a lawful, respectful, and safe way.

2. Allowed Content

Allowed content may include, without limitation:

• Photos, videos, graphics, and promotional media
• Performance updates, event information, schedules, and announcements
• Links to social media, music, videos, booking pages, and related platforms
• Profiles, biographies, and fanpage content related to entertainment, nightlife, hospitality, creative work, and community participation
• User-generated posts and messages that are respectful and lawful

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity
• Copyrighted material posted without permission or proper rights
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse
• Defamatory, knowingly false, or misleading content
• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornography
• Content involving minors in adult, sexual, exploitative, or unsafe situations
• Impersonation of another person, performer, venue, business, or brand
• Malicious links, phishing, malware, scams, spam, or fraudulent promotions
• Graphic violence or disturbing content not appropriate for the platform

4. Mature Content

Some entertainers, venues, or nightlife-related pages may include mature themes, language, or age-restricted subject matter. Where mature-content settings are available, users are responsible for using them appropriately.

• Users must accurately mark mature-themed content when that option is available
• Nudity, explicit sexual content, and illegal adult content are not allowed
• All users remain responsible for complying with local laws, age restrictions, and venue-specific standards

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, link, share, or otherwise make available on the platform. By posting content, you represent that:

• You own the content or have the right to use and share it
• Your content does not violate any law, contract, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Your content complies with these Content Guidelines and all applicable platform rules

6. Enforcement

MicDrop and GetAFanPage reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, disable, or refuse any content or account that violates these guidelines, our Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the platform. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct an issue, but we are not required to do so before taking action.

If you believe content violates these guidelines, infringes your rights, or creates a safety concern, please contact us through the platform’s support contact or reporting method.

8. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Content Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised guidelines.
